Are you from Yemen?
If you are in the United States in any immigration status besides permanent residency (green card) or U.S. citizen, consider applying for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) at our FREE workshop. TPS is a temporary status that the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services can grant to permit certain Yemeni nationals to remain in the United States lawfully and obtain employment authorization.
MIRC, in collaboration with ACCESS, International Institute of Metro Detroit, Justice for our Neighbors, and Michigan United, are hosting a free workshop for the community to learn about TPS and to apply. Volunteer attorneys and BIA-accredited representatives will be there to answer your questions and complete the application(s).
