Special Immigrant Juvenile
During our morning session, our presenters will provide a comprehensive overview of the process for procuring SIJ status for unaccompanied, abandoned, and/or neglected children. The presentation will cover probate court basics to adjustment interview tips.

Crimmigration
During our afternoon session, our presenters will walk you through what happens when a foreign national is arrested and charged with an offense from the criminal defense attorney's perspective, plea bargains, and what helpful information an immigration attorney can provide; the multi-level inquiry required for analyzing an offense's immigration consequences; and post-conviction relief and strategies when a client comes into your office with a prior conviction.
